In an engaging workshop, your participants will be eager to, well, participate! It can get daunting to moderate all the different interactions on your own, especially virtually.
With our Queue, all participants with raised hands will be auto-moderated.

Use the Queue to manage verbal engagement!
Select items from the Queue
You can simply select items in the order displayed - first come, first served.
Another option is to select based on what the participant wants to share. A direct comment might be more relevant than a question or idea that may address different aspects of the topic, so you might want to choose to take them first.
Ask participants to try raising their hand early on
A quick tip to get them familiar with how the Queue works is to ask an ice breaker question in the beginning of your workshop and asking everyone to put their hand up to share their answer! This way, everyone not only gets a chance to use their voice, but they also get a chance to get familiar with using the Hand Up feature.
💡 Tip: Hold down the 'Hand up' button to select
If the Queue grows, encourage participants to write a note
When you have your hand raised, a note box will open up to allow you to write yourself a note for when it's your turn to speak. This comes in extra handy in an extra long queue, so you don't have to worry about forgetting your brilliant idea, question or comment!
Jotting down your thought in your private note box will allow you to engage fully in what's being said by the current speaker, worry-free!
(PARTICIPANT VIEW) When you're selected, your note will show as a speaker prompt!
💡 Tip: Encourage participants to hit 'Done' when they're done speaking so you know that you can select the next person in the Queue to share their thought.
